Our team normally needs 3-5 days to pack your package after completing your order. If you choose "express delivery" the shipping takes between 7-10 days* depending on location and time. With "free shipping" the shipping takes 17-30 days* usually. You get the option at the checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free international shipping for orders over 60. For orders under 60 francs you will be charged 12.90 for shipping. Shipping is quick and safely packaged.
Return Policy
The right to return within Switzerland is 14 days. Outside Switzerland, this period is 7 days. The following applies: Returns are accepted only if the item is defective due to delivery or incorrect delivery.
